中文摘要: 目的 了解青岛市农村空巢老人心理健康及社会支持状况。方法 采用随机抽样的方法，应用人口学资料调查问卷、症状自评量表（SCL-90）和社会支持评定量表（SSRS）调查青岛市农村地区空巢老人134例、非空巢老人345例。结果 空巢老人SCL-90得分高于对照组，SSRS得分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；空巢老人社会支持与心理健康状况呈正相关，差异不显著。结论 农村空巢老人心理健康状况较差，社会支持与老人的心理健康状况密切相关，建立健全社会支持系统，提高空巢老人生活质量。
Abstract:Objective To master the mental health and social support of the empty-nest old people in Qingdao.Methods By random sampling methods，using the demographic data questionnaire, symptom checklist 90 (SCL-90) and social support rating scale (SSRS) to investigate 134 cases of empty-nest old people and non empty -nest old people in rural areas of Qingdao.Results Empty nest old people SCL-90 score higher than the control group, SSRS score was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）；there was positive correlation between the social support and mental health status of empty-nest old people.Conclusion Empty-nest elderly in rural mental health is poor, social support and mental health status of the elderly is closely related to the establishment of a sound social support system to improve the quality of life of the empty-nest elderly.
