Abstract:objectiveTo explore the effect of predictive nursing in orthopedics. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical diagnosis and treatment of 80 patients admitted to our hospital orthopedic ward from June 2016 to June 2017. According to their nursing methods, the patients were divided into
control group and observation group, 40 cases in each group. The control group to implement routine routine care services; observation group in the routine care based
on the implementation of predictive care services. The scores of anxiety and depression were recorded in the two groups after admission and 14 days after the intervention. The nurse-patient disputes and adverse events occurred during the two groups were investigated. Questionnaires were used to investigate the relationship between the two groups after 14 days of intervention. Of satisfaction. Results The depression and anxiety scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). The scores of depression and anxiety were significantly lower in the two groups after 14 days of intervention. The incidence of adverse events and nurse-patient disputes during the observation group was 0.0% (0/40), 2.5% (1/40), which was significantly lower than that of the control group (12.5% (5/40), 15.0% (6/40), P<0.05. The satisfaction rate of the nursing staff was 97.5% (39/40) in the observation group, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (85.0%) (34/40),χ2=13.21, P=0.00.Conclusion Predictive care for orthopedic care can help improve patient adverse moods, reduce falls and other adverse events, reduce the incidence of nurse-patient disputes, help to change the views of patients with caregivers to improve their satisfaction.
