Abstract:OBJECTIVE To understand the incidence and prevalence of legal infectious diseases in xinqiao town of songjiang district in the suburbs of Shanghai. METHODS According to the Law on the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases of the People's Republic of China. By using the Shanghai legal infectious disease epidemic statistics network direct information system, a retrospective epidemiological study was conducted to analyze the data of legal communicable diseases reported between 2007 and 2016 in xinqiao town, songjiang district in Shanghai. RESULTS Between 2007 and 2016, A total of 1,592 cases (27.82%, 92.61/100,000) were reported in xinqiao town, songjiang district, Shanghai. Among them, the incidence of the disease decreased year by year in 2007 (71.41/100,000) to 2010 (45.55/100,000), which has since increased to 137.58/100,000 in 2015. Class c infectious diseases has reported 4 131 cases (72.18%, 240.32/100,000/), in which the lowest incidence rates in 2007 (26.53/100,000), then rise year by year, 2013, 2014, once again rose to the highest (421.93/100,000), then fell slightly. CONCLUSION The overall incidence of infectious diseases in Shanghai's songjiang district has been on a zigzag trend in the past decade. The incidence of infectious diseases is relatively stable, and the death of infectious diseases is mainly concentrated in the hepatitis b virus. The incidence of HFMD begins to increase the proportion of infectious diseases and the total incidence of infectious diseases.
