中文摘要: 目的 分析山西省村卫生室卫生人力资源配置公平性,为卫生行政部门合理配置农村卫生资源提供科学依据。方法 采用洛伦兹曲线、基尼系数和泰尔指数对2014年山西省村卫生室卫生人力资源配置公平性进行评价。结果 山西省村卫生室卫生人力资源基尼系数均小于警戒线0.4,卫生人力资源配置公平性较好;区域内泰尔指数大于区域间泰尔指数。结论 村卫生室中卫生人力资源配置公平性较好;村卫生室卫生人力资源配置的不公平性主要受区域内差异的影响。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To analyze the status of health human resources in Shanxi,and evaluate the equality oh health human resources.,and to provide references for health administrator to make policies of optimizing health resources allocation.METHODS The equity of health human resources allocation in Shanxi provice in 2014 were analyzed with Lorenz curve,Gini coefficient and Theil index.RESULTS The Gini coefficient of practitioners(assistants), registered nurses, rural doctors, hygienistswere less than 0.4; Rural health human resources have achieved better equity; Inter-regional Theil index greater than that between regions.CONCLUSION The equity of health human resources among village clinics is acceptable.The internal inequlity among different areas is the main reason for the inequity of health resource allocation in village clinics in Shanxi province.
