中文摘要: 目的 探讨腹腔镜与曲普瑞林联合治疗EM的临床疗效。 方法 选择2015年01—2016年12月在本院就诊的541名EM患者。随机分为治疗组（n=271）和对照组（n=270），治疗组采用腹腔镜联合曲普瑞林进行治疗，对照组给予口服孕三烯酮，比较两组患者EM治疗的临床效果以及复发率、妊娠率，判断其疗效。 结果 治疗组患者EM治疗总有效率为90.4%，明显高于对照组，而复发率仅为8.86%，显著低于对照组的复发率（P<0.05），两组患者不良反应率无差别。随访1年内，治疗组194例成功妊娠，受孕率为71.56%，明显高于对照组。结论 腹腔镜联合曲普瑞林治疗EM具有较好的临床治疗效果，治疗后患者复发率也相对较低，安全可靠，在临床中值得进行应用和推广。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical efficacy of combination of laparoscopy and Tripriolin in the treatment of endometriosis. METHODS 541 EM patients in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected, which were randomly divided into treatment group (n=271) and control group(n=270). The treatment group was treated by laparoscopy combined with Tripriolin. The control group was given oral Gestrinone. The clinical efficacy, recurrence rate and pregnancy rate of the two groups were compared. RESULTS The total effective rate of patients in the treatment group was 90.4%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group, while the recurrence rate was only 8.86%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). There was no difference in the adverse reaction rate between the two groups. In the 1 years of follow-up, the rate of pregnancy in the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group. CONCLUSION Laparoscopy Combined with Tripriolin in the treatment of EM has good clinical effect. After treatment, the recurrence rate is relatively low. Laparoscopy Combined with Tripriolin is safe and reliable, and is worthy of application and promotion in clinical practice.
