中文摘要: 目的 了解政府对乡村医生的补助现状、发现存在的问题，为完善相关政策提供依据。方法 通过对缺失数据进行描述性分析，探讨政府对乡村医生的补助收入情况及存在的问题。结果 数据填写的整体质量较差，各省乡村医生补助政策执行力度不一。结论 制定和完善乡村医生补助政策，加强数据质量把控。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To understand the status of rural doctors’ subsidies , find out the existing problems, and to provide the basis for the improvement of relevant policies. METHODS through the descriptive analysis of the missing data, discussing the current situation and the problems in rural doctors’ subsidies. RESULTS the quality of the data was poor, and the policy of doctors’ subsidies in every provinces was different. CONCLUSION to formulate and improve the policy of rural doctors’ subsidies and strengthen the quality of data.
