中文摘要: 目的 观察中西医结合治疗对老年 2 型糖尿病周围神经病变患者神经传导状态的影响程度。方法 将 2016 年 5 月—2017 年 9 月期间本院诊治的 82 例老年 2 型糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各 41 例。对照组进行常规糖尿病周围神经病变西医治疗，观察组进行中西医结合治疗。比较两组患者治疗后不同时间的临床总有效率、治疗前后运动神经和感觉神经传导速度。结果 观察组患者治疗后2周和4周临床总有效率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗前，两组患者运动神经和感觉神经传导速度比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；治疗后 2 周和 4 周，观察组运动神经和感觉神经传导速度均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 中西医结合治疗在老年 2 型糖尿病周围神经病变患者的临床疗效较好，且可有效地改善患者的神经传导状态，因此，在老年患者中的应用价值较高。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To observe and analyze the influence degree of integration treatment of traditional chinese and western medicine for the nerve conduction state of elderly patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy.METHODS 82 elderly patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy in our hospital from May 2016 to September 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 41 cases in each group.The control group were treated with routine western medicine treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy，the observation group were treated with integration treatment of traditional chinese and western medicine.Then the total effective rates at different time after the treatment，motor nerve and sensory nerve conduction velocity before and after the treatment of two groups were analyzed and compared.RESULTS The total effective rates of observation group at second and forth week after the treatment were significantly higher than those of control group，the differences were statistically significant（P＜0.05），the motor nerve and sensory nerve conduction velocity of two groups before the treatment were compared，the differences were not statistically significant（P＞0.05），the motornerve and sensory nerve conduction velocity of observation group at second and forth week after the treatment were all higher than those of control group，the differences were statistically significant（P＜0.05 ）.CONCLUSION The clinical effect of integration treatment of traditional chinese and western medicine in elderly patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy is better，and it can effectively improve the nerve conduction state of patients，so its application value in the elderly patients is higher.
