全程健康教育护理模式在内分泌科糖尿病护理工作中的应用

中文摘要: 目的 研究糖尿病护理管理中全程健康教育模式的应用效果。方法 选取2016年5月—2017年4月延边大学护理学院内分泌科就诊的糖尿病患者60名作为研究对象,将其随机均分为对照组和观察组,对对照组患者采用常规的健康教育护理,对观察组患者在此基础上施以全程健康教育护理,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果 观察组患者对糖尿病的了解水平、疾病的控制水平、自我管理水平以及护理满意度均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论 对糖尿病患者采用全程健康教育护理模式,可有效控制患者血糖,提高患者的相关知识知晓水平和自我管理水平,提高患者的自我护理意识和自我护理能力,从而提高患者的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE to study the application effect of education model in diabetes (DM) nursing management. METHODS in May 2016 to April 2017 to our hospital endocrinology clinic of 60 patients with diabetes as the research object, the random were divided into control group and observation group, the control group were treated by routine nursing, health education for patients on the basis of the observation group with the whole nursing health education, to compare the nursing effect of two groups of patients. RESULTS the knowledge level, disease control level, self-management level and nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, P<0.05, and the difference was statistically significant. CONCLUSION adopts the model of the whole health education nursing in patients with diabetes, patients can effectively control blood sugar, improve the patient's level of knowledge about relevant and self management level, improve the patient's self care awareness and self care ability, so as to improve the quality of life of patients, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
