健康教育应用于1型糖尿病患儿家属认知依从性效果分析

中文摘要: 目的 分析健康教育应用于Ⅰ型糖尿病患儿家属认知依从性效果。方法 采取双色球抽签的方式将在我院接受治疗的76例Ⅰ型糖尿病患儿分为对照组(常规护理干预)和实验组(强化健康教育干预),每组各38例,分别对两组患儿家属认知依从性、病情改善情况进行观察。结果 实验组患儿家长对于Ⅰ型糖尿病发病原因、主动饮食控制、定期检测血糖、规律使用胰岛素及加强运动重要性等方面的认知依从度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患儿空腹血糖、空腹C肽水平和胰岛β细胞功能明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对于Ⅰ型糖尿病患儿而言,加强家属对健康教育的认知与依从性,有助于控制血糖和提高患儿的生活品质。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE Analysis of health education was applied to Ⅰ diabetes families of children with cognitive adherence effect. METHODS 76 children with type Ⅰ diabetes who received treatment in our hospital were divided into control group (conventional nursing intervention) and experimental group (enhanced healthy education intervention) by the double chromosphere lottery, 38 cases in each group, respectively, to observe the cognitive compliance and condition improvement of the families of the two groups of children. RESULTS The experimental group parents for Ⅰ diabetes causes, active diet control, regular motion law of blood sugar, insulin and strengthen the importance of the aspects of cognitive adherence was better than control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); The fasting blood glucose, fasting c-peptide level and beta cell function of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group (P<0.05). CONCLUSINO For type Ⅰ diabetes, strengthen family education for health cognition and compliance, helps to control blood sugar and improve the patient's quality of life.
