中文摘要: 目的 了解浙江省台州市男男性行为者（men who have sex with men, MSM）与年长≥10岁男性性伴之间的性行为发生现况以及艾滋病病毒（HIV）感染率。方法 采用横断面研究，通过当地的非营利社会组织和艾滋病自愿咨询检测门诊工作人员动员，对2016年4—12月招募的MSM进行问卷调查和HIV抗体血清学检测，分析性行为发生率及其特征，采用多因素logistic回归分析其影响因素。结果 共调查349人，HIV感染率为14.1%，116人（33.2%）报告与年长≥10岁男性发生过性行为。多因素logistic回归分析显示，17~24岁以及近半年与同性发生过群交性行为是与年长≥10岁男性性伴之间的性行为发生率的相关因素。婚姻状况、饮酒和吸烟频率、吸食毒品和近半年与同性发生商业性行为以外的偶然性行为等和与年长≥10岁男性性伴之间的性行为发生率无显著关联。结论 浙江省台州市MSM人群中与年长≥10岁男性之间的同性性行为较为普遍，HIV感染率高。17~24岁年龄段以及近半年发生同性群交性行为等与年长≥10岁男性性伴之间的性行为发生率相对较高，需要对高危人群加强宣传教育和行为干预，降低HIV传播风险。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the prevalence and correlates of sex with older (≥10 years) male partners and HIV infection among men who have sex with men (MSM) in Taizhou, Zhejiang province. METHODS A cross-sectional survey was conducted from April to December 2016. MSM who were recruited from local non-governmental organization (NGO) and HIV voluntary counseling and testing(VCT) clinics completed a face-to-face questionnaire covering demographic characteristics and information related to sex with older male partners. Adjusted odds ratios (aORs) for sex with older male partners were estimated by multivariate logistic regression analysis. RESULTS 349 eligible MSM were included. Among them, 116 participants (33.2%) reported having sex with older male partners in lifetime. In multivariate logistic regression analysis, aged 17~24 and having group sex with male partners in the last 6 months were associated with increased odds of having sex with older male partners. Marital status, drinking, smoking, drug abuse and having casual male partners in the last 6 months showed no significant associations (P＞0.05). CONCLUSION A substantial proportion of MSM in Taizhou have sex with older male partners and HIV infection. MSM at younger age and having group sex in the past 6 months were more likely to have sex with older male partners. Targeted behavioral interventions were urgently needed to reduce HIV risk.
