Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical efficacy of enalapril folic acid tablets combined with estrogen in the treatment of perimenopausal H-type hypertension. METHODS 80 women with perimenopausal symptoms of type H hypertension diagnosed in Department of Cardiology, Fourth People’s Hospital of Tianshui from March 2016 to March 2018 were randomly divided into study group and control group with 40 cases in each group. The study group was treated with enalapril folic acid tablets + complex packing estradiol tablets/estradiol and dydrogesterone tablets, and the control group was treated with enalapril folic acid tablets. The perimenopausal symptoms, female hormone levels, blood pressure, serum homocysteine, blood sugar and blood lipids were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. RESULTS After treatment, Kupperman score, follicle stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone, homocysteine, low density lipoprotein and cholesterol levels of perimenopausal symptoms in the study group were significantly lower than those before treatment, and were lower than those in the control group after treatment(P＜0.05). Estradiol and high density lipoprotein in the study group were significantly higher than those before treatment, and higher than those in the control groupafter treatment (P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in blood pressure and fasting blood sugar between the two groups after treatment(P＞0.05). CONCLUSION Applying enalapril folic acid tablets + complex packing estradiol tablets/estradiol and dydrogesterone tablets in H-type hypertension in perimenopausal women could significantly improve the perimenopausal symptoms, and had a positive impact on sex hormone metabolism, Hcy and blood lipid. It was worthy of clinical application.
