天津市和平区家庭医生签约服务满意度及影响因素分析*

中文摘要: 目的 了解天津市居民对家庭医生签约服务的满意度及影响因素,为进一步提高社区卫生服务质量提供依据。方法 2018年4—6月采用随机抽样的方法对签约居民和社区医院就诊的居民患者共200名,进行问卷现场自填,调查内容包括一般情况、认知情况和满意度指标。结果 不同性别、家庭月收入、文化程度等的签约服务需求比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对签约服务满意度为“非常同意”前3位指标为就医便捷(46.5% )、服务态度良好(43.5%、排队等候时间短(36.5%)。结论 小白楼社区医院的可及性较好且满意度较高,需要加强培养高水平的家庭医生队伍;进行多样化的宣传可以提高居民对签约服务的认知,提升满意度,深化基层社区卫生服务。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To understand the satisfaction of Tianjin residents with family doctor contracted services and its influencing factors, so as to provide evidence for further improving the quality of community health services. METHODS From April to June 2018, 200 contracted residents and patients in community hospitals were randomly sampled and self-filled questionnaires were conducted, including general information, cognitive status and satisfaction indicators. RESULTS There was no significant difference in the demand for contracted services among different genders, family monthly income and educational level(P>0.05). The top 3 indicators of satisfaction with contracted services were convenience (46.5%), good service attitude(43.5%) and short waiting time(36.5%). CONCLUSION Xiaobailou community hospital had good accessibility and high satisfaction. It was necessary to strengthen the training of high-level family doctors. Diversified publicity could improve residents’ awareness of contracted services, enhance satisfaction and deepen community health services at the grass-roots level.
