中文摘要: 目的 研究硝苯地平缓释片联合拉贝洛尔对妊娠高血压患者应激反应及妊娠结局的影响。方法 收集2016年5月—2018年1月在上海松江中心医院治疗的106例妊娠高血压患者为研究对象，按随机数字表方法分对照组（n=53），给予硝苯地平缓释片治疗，研究组（n=53），给予硝苯地平缓释片联合拉贝洛尔治疗。结果 治疗后，研究组血压明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）；应激反应指标水平明显优于对照组（P＜0.05)；妊娠结局方面,研究组优于对照组（P＜0.05)。结论 妊娠高血压给予硝苯地平缓释片联合拉贝洛尔治疗，更有助于下调机体内炎症及氧化应激反应，改善妊娠结局，值得临床应用。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the effects of nifedipine sustained-release tablets combined with labetalol on stress response and pregnancy outcome in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension. METHODS A total of 106 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension who were treated at Shanghai Songjiang Central Hospital from May 2016 to January 2018 were enrolled in the study. The control group (53 patients, nifedipine sustained-release tablets) was studied by random number table method. The study group (53 cases, nifedipine sustained release tablets combined with labetalol treatment). RESULTS After treatment, the blood pressure of the study group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05); the stress response index was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05); the pregnancy outcome was better than the control group (P<0.05). CONCLUSION Pregnancy-induced hypertension with nifedipine sustained-release tablets combined with labetalol was more helpful in down-regulating inflammation and oxidative stress in the body and improving pregnancy outcome, which was worthy of clinical application.
