中文摘要: 目的 了解胃癌风险人群对胃癌危险因素与预警症状的认知现况及其影响因素。方法 采用自设胃癌危险因素与预警症状问卷，对1 170名胃癌风险人群进行调查，并对具有不同人口学特征和胃癌行为危险因素的研究对象知识得分情况进行分析。结果 胃癌风险人群对胃癌危险因素与预警症状知识的认知水平较差，平均得分为6.02分(总分22分)。多因素logistic回归分析显示：性别、年龄、生活所在地、婚姻状况、经济收入、胃癌家族史、胃部相关疾病、饮食清淡度、腌制食品摄入、饮食规律度、吸烟和饮酒是影响知识水平的因素。结论 胃癌风险人群对胃癌危险因素与预警症状知识掌握不足，不同人口学特征人群的认知水平存在差异，且有胃癌行为危险因素的人群比没有胃癌行为危险因素的人群认知水平更低。医务人员应结合风险人群的具体情况开展个体化指导干预，提高胃癌风险人群知识水平，以促进健康行为，降低胃癌风险。
Abstract:OBJECTIVES To assess knowledge level of gastric cancer risk factors and warning symptoms of among high-risk population of gastric cancer, and to analyze factors associated with knowledge level. METHODS Self-designed questionnaires about risk factors and warning symptoms of gastric cancer were administered to 1 170 participants with high risk of gastric cancer. The knowledge scores of participants with different demographic characteristics and risk factors of gastric cancer were analyzed. RESULTS Participants’ knowledge about risk factors and warning symptoms was poor(mean score 6.02/22). Multivariate logistic regression model showed gender, age, residence, marital status, income, family history of gastric cancer, history of gastric diseases, the preference of salty diet, the intake of picked foods, dietary regularity, smoking and drinking were factors associated with knowledge level. CONCLUSION People with high risk of gastric cancer had insufficient knowledge of risk factors and warning symptoms of gastric cancer. There was a difference in the level of knowledge among people with different social-demographic characteristics, and people with behavioral risk factors of gastric cancer were less knowledgeable. Individualized intervention should be carried out according to the specific conditions of high-risk population to improve their knowledge, promote healthy lifestyle and reduce their risk of gastric cancer.
