中文摘要: 目的 总结2018年黑龙江省消毒隔离措施落实情况，探讨当前存在的问题及对策，为我省消毒隔离措施监督管理工作的改进提供理论依据。方法 现场监督抽查医疗卫生机构建立消毒隔离组织、制度、开展消毒与灭菌效果监测、消毒隔离知识培训、消毒产品进货检查验收及医疗器械一人一用一消毒或灭菌等情况。结果 本次共抽查了医疗卫生机构1 383家，消毒隔离各项内容合格711家，合格率仅为51.41%，主要存在的问题为大部分二级以下医疗机构不能开展消毒灭菌效果检测又未委托其他机构检测。结论 进一步加强医疗机构内部监管，健全组织机构，增强医疗卫生机构消毒隔离工作能力，提升基层医疗机构消毒灭菌效果检测水平，降低院内感染，保障医疗安全。
Abstract:Objective To analyze the current situation of the implementation of disinfection and isolation measures in Heilongjiang Province in 2018, find the existing problems and countermeasures, and provide the scientific basis for the improvement of the supervision and management of disinfection and isolation measures implementation in Heilongjiang Province. Methods By checking the organization and management system establishment, disinfection and isolation effect, knowledge training, inspection and acceptance of disinfection products, and the disinfection of medical devices, the implementation of disinfection and isolation measures were supervised on the spot. Results A total of 1 383 medical and health institutions were inspected, and 711 were qualified, with a qualified rate of 51.41%. The main problem was that most medical institutions below the second level could not carry out the effect tests for disinfection and sterilization and did not entrust other institutions to test. Conclusion It was necessary to further strengthen the internal supervision of medical institutions, improve the organizational structure, enhance the disinfection and isolation ability of medical and health institutions, improve the level of effect detection of disinfection and sterilization in grassroots medical institutions, reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection and guarantee the medical safety.
