中文摘要: 目的 了解丽水市居民对社区卫生服务的知晓与利用情况及其影响因素，为提高社区卫生服务质量提供参考依据。 方法 采用分层随机抽样法，于2018年对丽水市9家社区卫生服务机构的828名居民进行问卷调查。结果 居民对社区卫生服务机构的知晓率和利用率分别为84.2%和66.1%，仅有27.9%的居民选择社区首诊，选择的原因主要为距离、就诊等待时间短等。民族、文化程度和两周患病情况是居民常去社区卫生服务机构就诊的独立影响因素。 结论 社区卫生服务中心应当加大宣传力度，构建多层次宣传网络；改善社区卫生服务机构硬件配套设施，增强技术人员人文关怀能力，优化卫生资源配置；发展全科医疗，开展专科服务，推进分级诊疗和基层首诊制。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the awareness, utilization and its influencing factors of community health services of Lishui residents, and to provide the references for improving the quality of community health service. METHODS Stratified random sampling method was adopted to select 828 residents from 9 community health service institutions in Lishui. The questionnaire survey was conducted to understand residents’ awareness and utilization of community health services. RESULTS Residents’ awareness and utilization rate of community health service centers/stations was 84.2% and 66.1%, respectively. Only 27.9% of residents chose community health services to take first diagnosis. Nation, education level, and two-week prevalence rate were independent factors which influenced residents’ frequent attendance at community health services. CONCLUSION Community health service institutions should strengthen the publicity and build a multi-level publicity network; improve the hardware supporting facilities, strengthen humanistic education and training of technical personnel, and optimize the allocation of health resources; develop general medical services and specialized services, promote graded diagnosis and treatment, and advance the primary-level first diagnosis system.
