Abstract:OBJECTIVE It analyzed the effect of family doctor service applied to the management of hypertension patients under the“1+ 1+1”combined contract mode， and provided theoretical basis for improving the quality of life of hypertension patients. METHODS During July 2016 to July 2018，it selected 310 cases of patients with high blood pressure as the research object，according to the di⁃ vided into take care mode“1+1+1”combination， contract mode family doctor service mode of the experimental group and take regu⁃ lar hypertension health management intervention of the control group (105 cases for each group) compared two groups of patients be⁃ fore and after the intervention of the quality of life， depression， daily life activities ability and quality of sleep， and nursing ser⁃ vice process compliance and satisfaction index of statistical difference. RESULTS After intervention， the quality of life of patients in the experimental group served by family doctors under the“1+1+1”combined contract mode was better than that of patients in the control group receiving routine nursing， and the difference was statistically significant （P＜0.05）. After the intervention， the scores of depression，activity ability and sleep quality of the experimental group were significantly better than the control group， with statistically significant differences（P＜0.05）. In the process of nursing services， the patient compliance of the experimental group and satisfaction with nursing were better than those of the control group， and the differences were statistically significant（P＜ 0.05）. CONCLUSION The application of family doctor service in the management of hypertension patients under the mode of“1+1+1” combined contract is conducive to improving the quality of life of hypertension patients， greatly improving the satisfaction of hyper⁃ tension patients， and more conducive to the recovery of hypertension patients， improving the quality of life and worthy of promo⁃ tion.
