Abstract:OBJECTIVE To understand the impact of the Changchun Changsheng Vaccine Incident on the vaccination attitude of par⁃ ents in 2018. METHODS From September 1st to September 30th, 2018, an online survey tool was used to investigate the attitudes of 5, 775 parents of children in Gansu Province. RESULTS The awareness rate of children’s parents on the Changchun Changsheng Vac⁃ cine Incident was 95.67% , the information channels were mainly mobile media and TV，the response percentage was 38.29% and 31.11% respectively. 13.85% of the children’s parents reluctance to continue vaccinate rabies vaccine, 76.17% of the parents worried about the safety of the rabies vaccine; 82.2% of the children’s parents believed that the rabies vaccine had an impact on the child’s body, 66.63% of the children’s parents worried about the safety of the free vaccines. The parents of the child mainly believe that the manufacturer and the food and drug administration should take responsibility, the percentage of response were 40.53% and 35.24% re⁃ spectively. The information that parents hope to obtain is public information on vaccination clinic and vaccination staff, accounting for 23.07% and 17.95%, respectively. The MCA analysis showed that the distance between vaccination clinic, centers for disease control and prevention, the manufacturer, the vaccination clinic information and the vaccination staff information was relatively close. CON⁃ CLUSION The Changchun Changsheng vaccine incident had a greater impact on the children’s parents attitude, it might have a great⁃ er impact on vaccination behavior in future.
