中文摘要: 目的 对广州市番禺区社区卫生服务中心中医药适宜技术的推广现状评价开展调查，以发现和分析问题，为番禺区
各社区制定更合适的推广方案以及为改善中医药服务质量提供依据。方法 采用随机抽样的方法，对广州市番禺区9所社区卫
生服务中心的220名患者进行问卷调查。结果 番禺区社区卫生服务中心前来就诊的患者中，有68.66%的患者对中医药适宜
技术的了解并不深入，只有58.71%的患者表示所在社区有定期开展相关的宣传推广活动，但对于中医药适宜技术的总体评价
良好。结论 番禺区应针对性制定相关宣传推广方案，加大对社区卫生服务中心的基础建设投入，提高其中医药服务能力，
使中医药服务更加利民惠民。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE Investigate the current evaluation of the promotion of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)appropriate technology
in Panyu District Community Health Service Center of Guangzhou to find and analyze problems,so as to provide a basis for communi⁃
ties in Panyu District to formulate more appropriate promotion programs and improve the quality of Chinese medicine services. METH⁃
ODS A total of 220 patients from 9 community health service centers in Panyu District of Guangzhou were selected by random sam⁃
pling. RESULTS Among the patients who came to the Panyu District Community Health Service Center, 68.66% of the patients did
not have a thorough understanding of the appropriate technology of Chinese medicine. Only 58.71% of the patients said that their com⁃
munities had regular publicity and promotion activities. Overall evaluation of appropriate technology was good. CONCLUSION Panyu
District should formulate relevant publicity and promotion programs, in order to increase the investment in infrastructure construction
of community health service centers and improve the capacity of traditional Chinese medicine services, which made traditional Chi⁃
nese medicine services more beneficial to the people.
