(OR=1.219) 均对临床本科医学生到非三级城乡基层医疗机构执业产生影响 (P<0.05)。结论:月收入在所有因素中激励作
用最大;非经济因素中,最重要的特征要素为工作强度;临床医学生愿意多支付1 484.05元以换取相对轻松的工作。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To understand the choice preference on job selection among clinical undergraduate medical students for
promoting high qualified health human resources to work in the grass-roots. METHODS A discrete choice experiment questionnaire
survey was performed in 350 senior clinical undergraduates from two medical universities in Heilongjiang Province by stratified clus⁃
ter random sampling method. Data Processing and Analysis were used by the conditional logistic regression method. RESULTS The
significant influence of the willing of attracting and retaining clinical undergraduate medical students to practice in non-tertiary med⁃
ical institutions was monthly income with three levels (OR=2.748, 4.834, 7.319), lower work stress (OR=1.610), better working en⁃
vironment (OR=1.324), short professional title promotion years (OR=1.289), medical institution (OR=1.241)and career establish⁃
ment (OR=1.219). CONCLUSION The level of monthly income was the most important influencing factor. The most important factor
was work intensity among the non-economic factors. Clinical undergraduate medical students were willing to pay 1 484.05 yuan in
exchange for a relatively easy job. Non-economic factors such as work intensity, working environment and professional title promo⁃
tion years also played a key role.
