康教育,观察组实施为期6个月的结构化健康教育后比较两组临床疗效。结果:干预后观察组患者阅读能力、理解能力、计
算能力及健康素养总分较对照组均显著提高,差异有统计学意义 (t值分别为 2.917,9.139,5.788,5.399,P 值均<0.05);
干预后观察组患者空腹血糖、餐后 2 h 血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平较对照组均显著降低,差异有统计学意义 (t 值分别为
5.250,4.853,8.688,P值均<0.05);干预后观察组患者饮食营养、运动与体重、血糖和足部监测、药物治疗及自我效能总
分均较对照组显著提高,差异有统计学意义 (t值分别为9.331,7.930,6.098,7.175,9.232,P值均<0.05)。结论:结构化
健康教育可显著提高社区医院糖尿病患者健康素养和自我效能,从而有效控制患者血糖。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To explore the influence of structured health education on health literacy and blood glucose with type 2 di⁃
abetes mellitus. METHODS From January 2017 to December 2018,308 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into control
group (n=154) and observation group (n=154). The patients of control group were given health education, and the patients of obser⁃
vation group were given structured health education. The effect of two groups were analyzed after six months. RESULTS After treat⁃
ment,the scores of health literacy,reading ability,comprehension and calculation ability in observation group were significantly high⁃
er than those in control group (t=2.917,9.139,5.788,5.399,P<0.05) . Patients with fasting blood glucose, 2 h glucose and
postprandial hemoglobin glycemic levels were significantly reduced compared with control groups (t=5.250, 4.853, 8.688, P< 0.05) . Dietary nutrition,exercise,and weight,glucose and foot monitoring,drug therapy,and self-efficacy were compared with
the control group (t=9.331,7.930,6.098,7.175,9.232,P<0.05) . CONCLUSION Structural health education could significantly
improve the health literacy and self-efficacy of diabetic patients in community hospitals to effectively control their blood sugar.
