县人民医院收治的100例脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,两组各50例。
对照组脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者进行脑卒中常规康复训练,观察组脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者进行早期吞咽功能康复训练。结果:
观察组患者三头肌皮褶厚度、体质量高于对照组;观察组患者血红蛋白、前白蛋白、白蛋白高于对照组;观察组患者总满意
度高于对照组;观察组患者垂直位移、水平位移高于对照组;观察组患者SSA量表、VDS量表评分低于对照组,藤氏吞咽障
碍量表、GUSS量表评分高于对照组;观察组患者家庭、活动、自理、社会评分高于对照组;观察组患者恶心、呕吐、黏膜
损伤总发生率低于对照组;观察组患者吸入性肺炎、呛咳、误吸总发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义 (P 值均<
0.05)。结论:早期吞咽功能康复训练对脑卒中后吞咽障碍的改善作用更显著,更具推广价值。

Abstract:Abstract: OBJECTIVE To study the effect of early swallowing function rehabilitation training on Dysphagia after stroke. METH⁃
ODS 100 patients with post-stroke Dysphagia admitted to Wenshang County People’s Hospital from March 2021 to January 2023
were selected as the control group (50 cases, routine rehabilitation training for stroke) and the observation group (50 cases, early re⁃
habilitation training for swallowing function). RESULTS The triceps skinfold thickness and body mass of the patients under early
swallowing function rehabilitation training were higher than those of stroke routine rehabilitation training, hemoglobin, prealbumin
and albumin were higher than those of stroke routine rehabilitation training, total satisfaction was higher than that of stroke routine
rehabilitation training, vertical displacement and horizontal displacement were higher than that of stroke routine rehabilitation train⁃
ing, SSA scale and VDS scale were lower than those of stroke routine rehabilitation training, Fuji Dysphagia scale the score of GUSS
scale was higher than that of routine rehabilitation training for stroke, and the score of family, activity, self-care and society was
higher than that of routine rehabilitation training for stroke. The total incidence of nausea, vomiting and mucosal injury was lower
than that of routine rehabilitation training for stroke, and the total incidence of Aspiration pneumonia, cough and aspiration was low⁃
er than that of routine rehabilitation training for stroke (P<0.05). CONCLUSION Early rehabilitation training of swallowing function
can improve Dysphagia after stroke more significantly, and it is worth popularizing.
