Abstract:Abstract: OBJECTIVE To study the effect of early swallowing function rehabilitation training on Dysphagia after stroke. METH⁃ ODS 100 patients with post-stroke Dysphagia admitted to Wenshang County People’s Hospital from March 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the control group (50 cases, routine rehabilitation training for stroke) and the observation group (50 cases, early re⁃ habilitation training for swallowing function). RESULTS The triceps skinfold thickness and body mass of the patients under early swallowing function rehabilitation training were higher than those of stroke routine rehabilitation training, hemoglobin, prealbumin and albumin were higher than those of stroke routine rehabilitation training, total satisfaction was higher than that of stroke routine rehabilitation training, vertical displacement and horizontal displacement were higher than that of stroke routine rehabilitation train⁃ ing, SSA scale and VDS scale were lower than those of stroke routine rehabilitation training, Fuji Dysphagia scale the score of GUSS scale was higher than that of routine rehabilitation training for stroke, and the score of family, activity, self-care and society was higher than that of routine rehabilitation training for stroke. The total incidence of nausea, vomiting and mucosal injury was lower than that of routine rehabilitation training for stroke, and the total incidence of Aspiration pneumonia, cough and aspiration was low⁃ er than that of routine rehabilitation training for stroke (P＜0.05). CONCLUSION Early rehabilitation training of swallowing function can improve Dysphagia after stroke more significantly, and it is worth popularizing.
