中文摘要: 摘 要：推进紧密型县域医共体建设是党中央、国务院的重要部署，是深化医疗卫生体制改革的重大举措。推进紧密型 县域医共体建设有利于优化医疗资源配置，提升基层医疗卫生服务能力，促进城乡基本医疗公共服务均等化，加快形成有序 就医的分级诊疗格局。以四川省雅安市荥经县紧密型县域医共体建设工作为例，总结荥经县紧密型县域医共体建设的工作成 效及经验做法，梳理和反思紧密型县域医共体建设过程中的重点问题、难点问题、成功经验、体会感受，以期为西部山区县 城医共体建设提供一定的参考和借鉴。
Abstract:Abstract: Advancing the development of tightly integrated county-level medical communities represents a key initiative of the Central Committe of the Communist Party of China and the State Council,serving as a major measure to deepen healthcare system reform.Promoting such integrated medical communities facilitates the optimization of medical resource allocation,enhances primary healthcare service capabilities,promotes equitable access to basic medical services between urban and rural areas,and accelerates the formation of an orderly tiered diagnosis and treatment system.Taking the development of a tightly integrated county-level medical consortium in Yingjing County of Ya'an as a case study,it summarizes the achievements and practices of Yingjing County's consortium development.It examines key issues,challenges,sucessful experiences,and insights gained during the process of tightly-integrated county-level medical consortium,aiming to provide reference and insights for medical consortium development in mountainous counties in western China.
