Abstract:Abstract: In recent years,Zhuji Anhua Town Central Health Center has focused on the development goal of“small yet refined,specialized yet strong”.Confronting weaknesses in primary healthcare services,it has adopted a strategic orientation of “specialization,refinement,distinctiveness,and innovation”.Building upon continuous optimization of its talent structure,the center has prioritized specialty development,smart services,integration of traditional Chinese medicine,and equipment upgrades. The approach has systematically advanced breakthroughs in specialty capabilities,service process reengineering,distinctive brand cultivation,and technological model innovation.The center has continuously enhanced medical service quality,efficiency,and core competitiveness to meet the growing,multi-level,and diverse health needs of residents within its jurisdiction and surrounding areas, forming a distinctive practical pathway.
