防与控制策略提供理论支撑。方法:利用 2013—2021 年山东省滕州市妇幼卫生年报对妇女常见病筛查情况及结果进行回顾性的连续监测,分析不同特征妇女常见病患病状况及变化趋势。结果:2013—2021 年滕州市妇女常见病筛查率由 2013 年的49.48%上升至 2021 年的 89.31%,增长率为 80.49%,年平均增长率为 7.66%;妇女常见病患病率由 2013 年的 29.23%下降至2021 年的 22.02%,增长率为-24.65%,年平均增长率为-3.48%。阴道炎患病率由 2013 年的 9.27%上升至 2021 年的 11.51%,增长率为 24.20%,年平均增长率为 2.75%;子宫颈炎患病率由 2013 年的 9.60%下降至 2021 年的 5.18%,增长率为-46.03%,年平均增长率为-7.42%;尖锐湿疣患病率由 2013 年的 3.20%下降至 2021 年的 0;子宫肌瘤患病率由 2013 年的 1.27%上升至2021 年的 1.69%,增长率为 33.21%,年平均增长率为 3.65%。女性恶性肿瘤筛查结果中宫颈癌和乳腺癌的患病率较高,2013—2021 年均呈上升趋势。结论:2013—2021 年滕州市妇女常见病筛查率逐步提高,患病率逐步下降,病种以阴道炎、子宫颈炎、尖锐湿疣、子宫肌瘤、宫颈癌和乳腺癌为主,阴道炎和子宫肌瘤患病率上升,宫颈癌和乳腺癌患病率较高,应针对主要的妇女常见病疾病谱制定有效的防治策略,保障妇女健康。
Abstract:Abstract: OBJECTIVE To explore the screening, prevalence, and changing trends of common diseases in women of Tengzhou of Shandong, in order to provide theoretical support for the development of scientific and reasonable prevention and control strategies for common diseases in women. METHODS Using the annual report of maternal and child health in Tengzhou of Shandong from 2013 to 2021, a retrospective continuous monitoring was conducted on the screening and results of common diseases in women, and the prevalence and changing trends of common diseases in women with different characteristics were analyzed. RESULTS From 2013 to 2021, the screening rate of women’s diseases in Tengzhou increased from 49.48% in 2013 to 89.31% in 2021, with an increase rate of 80.49% and an average increase rate of 7.66%. The prevalence of common diseases among women decreased from 29.23% in 2013 to 22.02% in 2021, with a growth rate of -24.65% and an average growth rate of -3.48% . The prevalence rate of vaginitis increased from 9.27% in 2013 to 11.51% in 2021, with a growth rate of 24.20% and an average growth rate of 2.75% . The prevalence of cervicitis decreased from 9.60% in 2013 to 5.18% in 2021, with a growth rate of -46.03% and an average growth rate of -7.42% . The prevalence of condyloma acuminatum decreased from 3.20% in 2013 to 0 in 2021. The prevalence of uterine fibroids increased from 1.27% in 2013 to 1.69% in 2021, with a growth rate of 33.21% and an average growth rate of 3.65%. The screening results of female malignant tumors showed a higher prevalence of cervical cancer and breast cancer, which showed an increasing trend from 2013 to 2021. CONCLUSION From 2013 to 2021, the screening rate of women’ s common diseases in Tengzhou has gradually increased, and the prevalence rate has gradually decreased. The diseases are mainly vaginitis, cervicitis,
condyloma acuminatum, uterine fibroids, cervical cancer and breast cancer. The prevalence rate of vaginitis and uterine fibroids has increased, while the prevalence rate of cervical cancer and breast cancer is high to safeguarding women’s health.
