中文摘要: 摘 要:目的:研究 3~6 岁超重肥胖儿童血清维生素 A (Vit A) 和维生素 D (Vit D) 水平,为临床儿童超重肥胖的防治
提供参考依据。方法:选取 2021 年 1 月—2023 年 10 月于上海市浦东新区潍坊社区卫生服务中心接受治疗的 90 名超重肥胖儿
童进行回顾性分析。根据体质指数 (BMI) 将其分为超重组 (n=43) 和肥胖组 (n=47)。检测所有儿童 Vit A 和 Vit D 水平,
及其确诊时低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL-C)、三酰甘油 (TG)、总胆固醇 (TC) 和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL-C) 水平,采
用 Pearson 相关性分析 Vit A 和 Vit D 水平与脂质代谢的相关性。结果:90 名儿童中 Vit A 缺乏者 16 人 (17.78%),不足者 32 人
(35.56%);Vit D 缺乏者 21 人 (23.33%),不足者 34 人 (37.78%)。超重组 Vit A 和 Vit D 水平高于肥胖组,差异均有统计学意
义 (t 值分别为 4.166、2.084,P<0.05)。超重组 LDL-C、TG、TC 水平低于肥胖组,HDL-C 水平高于肥胖组,差异均有统计
学意义 (t 值分别为 4.776、7.947、5.513、3.547,P<0.05)。Pearson 相关性分析结果显示,3~6 岁超重肥胖儿童 Vit A 水平与
LDL-C、 TG、 TC 水 平 呈 负 相 关 (r 值 分 别 为 -0.306、 -0.346、 -0.252、 0.406, P<0.05), 与 HDL-C 水 平 呈 正 相 关 (r=
0.406,P<0.01);3~6 岁超重肥胖儿童 Vit D 水平与 LDL-C、TG、TC 水平呈负相关 (r 值分别为-0.306、-0.346、-0.252、
0.406,P<0.05),与 HDL-C 水平呈正相关 (r=0.406,P<0.01)。结论:3~6 岁超重肥胖儿童血清 Vit A 和 Vit D 水平存在不
同程度降低,且与脂质代谢水平呈显著相关性,检测儿童血清 Vit A 和 Vit D 水平有助于预防学龄前期儿童超重和肥胖的发生。
Abstract:Abstract: OBJECTIVE To study the serum vitamin A and vitamin D levels of overweight and obese children aged 3~6 years, to
provide a reference basis for the prevention and treatment of overweight and obesity in clinical children. METHODS 163 cases of
overweight and obese children treated in Weifang Community Health Service Center of Pudong New Area from January 2021 to
October 2023 were analyzed retrospectively. According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 90 children were finally included as a
case group for study. According to the BMI values of all children, 90 children were divided into overweight (n=43) group and
obesity group (n=47). The levels of vitamin A and vitamin D were detected in all children, and the levels of low-density lipoprotein
cholesterol (LDL-C), triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC) and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) were determined at
the time of diagnosis. Pearson correlation was used to analyze the correlation between the levels of vitamin A and vitamin D and
lipid metabolism. RESULTS Among 90 children, 16 cases (17.78%) were deficient in vitamin A, 32 cases (35.56%) were deficient.
vitamin D deficiency was found in 21 cases (23.33%), deficiency in 34 cases (37.78%). The levels of vitaminA and vitamin D were
higher than those in obese group (t=4.166, 2.084, P<0.05). The levels of LDL-C, TG, TC were lower than those of obese group,
and HDL-C was higher than that of obese group (t=4.776, 7.947, 5.513, 3.547, P<0.05). The level of vitamin D and vitamin A in
overweight and obese children aged 3~6 years was negatively correlated with LDL-C, TG and TC (r=-0.306, -0.346, -0.252,
0.406, P<0.05) and positively correlated with HDL-C (r=0.406, P<0.01). CONCLUSION The levels of serum vitamin A and
vitamin D in overweight and obese children aged 3~6 years are decreased in different degrees, and there is a significant correlation
with the level of lipid metabolism. Detecting the levels of serum vitamin A and vitamin D in children is helpful to prevent the
occurrence of overweight and obesity in preschool.
