中文摘要: 摘 要：目的：分析福建省安溪县老年肺结核流行特征和就诊延迟情况，为优化老年结核病防控措施提供依据。方法： 从中国疾病预防控制信息系统中的子系统结核病信息管理系统收集2018—2024年安溪县60岁及以上老年肺结核患者登记数
据，采用回顾性描述流行病学方法进行分析，运用SPSS24.0软件进行统计分析。结果：2018—2024年安溪县老年肺结核患
者年均登记率为108.74/10万，总体呈下降趋势（χ2
＝9.232，P＜0.01）。老年患者占全人群患者比例平均为41.20%（1286/
3121），总体呈上升趋势（χ2
＝16.162，P＜0.01）。男性老年患者年均登记率显著高于女性（χ2
＝565.131，P＜0.01），60～69
岁组、70～79岁组和≥80岁组患者年均登记率差异无统计学意义（χ2
＝0.066，P＞0.05），老年患者中90.36%（1162/1286）
为农民。城厢、官桥、凤城、龙门、蓬莱和虎邱等6个镇登记的老年患者数占全县老年患者数的57.78%（743/1286），年均
登记率处于较高水平。老年患者总体就诊延迟率为58.71%（755/1286），呈上升趋势（χ2
＝51.278，P＜0.01）。结论：2018— 2024年安溪县老年肺结核患者年均登记率呈下降趋势，但仍处于较高水平，老年人群仍是今后安溪县结核病防控工作的重点
人群，尤其要对老年人加强结核病防治知识宣传，并主动开展老年人结核病筛查工作。
