中文摘要: 摘 要：目的：对2020—2024年广西梧州市医疗机构法定传染病报告质量进行评价，为进一步提高辖区的传染病报告 质量提供可行方法。方法：运用TOPSIS法对医疗机构传染病报告质量进行量化评价。评价数据来源于辖区现场调查，指标 涵盖法定传染病报告率、报告及时率，报告卡填写完整率、准确率、 一致率以及有效证件号完整率。结果：2020—2024年 梧州市传染病报告率为98.65%,报告及时率为98.63%;传染病报告卡填写完整率为98.61%,准确率为81.15%,一致率为 97.60%,有效证件号填写完整率为98.23%。基于 TOPSIS法的法定传染病报告质量综合评价结果显示，不同维度下的质量排 序存在明显差异。不同年份排序为2022年最优，其余依次为2024年、2023年、2020年，2021年；不同级别医疗机构依次 为三级、二级、一级及未分级医疗机构；不同机构类型依次为妇幼类，精神、皮防、传染病等专科类，中医类，综合类，乡 镇(社区)类；不同县(市、区)依次为蒙山县、长洲区、万秀区、龙圩区，以及苍梧县、藤县、岑溪市；5年传染病总漏 报率为1.35%,丙类传染病漏报率高于乙类。结论：梧州市法定传染病报告质量仍有很大的进步空间，应进一步加强医疗机 构内传染病报告管理，定期组织开展传染病报告管理督导检查，优化传染病报告流程，进一步抓好传染病信息报告工作。
Abstract:Abstract: OBJECTIVE To evaluate the quality of notifiable infectious disease reporting in medical institutions of Wuzhou of Guangxi from 2020 to 2024,and provide actionable methods to further improve infectious disease reporting quality in the region.METHODS The TOPSIS method was used to quantitatively assess the quality of infectious disease reporting in medical institutions.Evaluation data were sourced from on-site investigations in the jurisdiction,covering indicators such as the reporting rate of notifiable infectious diseases,timely reporting rate,completeness rate of reporting forms,accuracy rate,consistency rate,and completeness rate of valid ID numbers.RESULTS From 2020 to 2024,the infectious disease reporting rate in Wuzhou was 98.65%,with a timely reporting rate of 98.63%.The completeness rate of reporting forms was 98.61%,accuracy rate 81.15%,consistency rate 97.60%,and completeness rate of valid ID numbers 98.23%. The comprehensive evaluation results of infectious disease reporting quality based on the TOPSIS method revealed significant differences in quality rankings across various dimensions.The ranking by year was 2022 as the best,followed by 2024,2023,2020,and 2021.By medical institution level,the rankings were tertiary,secondary,primary,and unclassified institutions.By institution type,the order was maternal and child health institutions,psychiatry,dermatology,infectious diseases,traditional Chinese medicine institutions,general institutions,and township(community)institutions.By county (city,district),the rankings were Mengshan County,Changzhou District, Wanxiu District,Longxu District,Cangwu County,Tengxian County,and Cenxi City.The total five-year under reporting rate of infectious diseases was 1.35%,with Class C infectious diseases showing higher rates than Class B.CONCLUSION The quality of infectious disease reporting in Wuzhou sill has significant room for improvement.It is essential to strengthen medical institution-based infectious disease reporting management,conduct regular supervision and inspection of reporting procedures,optimize reporting processes,and further enhance the efficiency of infectious disease information reporting.
