占比逐年上升,从 2015 年的 36.40%增至 2023 年的 79.77%;非免疫规划疫苗替代免疫规划疫苗接种的替代率逐年上升,从
2015 年的 19.42%增至 2023 年的 41.14%,其中桂园街道、莲塘街道替代率较高。结论:罗湖区非免疫规划疫苗接种率呈逐年
上升趋势,通过丰富疫苗种类、保障疫苗供应、加强宣传教育、增加支付方式等途径可进一步增加罗湖区非免疫规划疫苗的
使用。

Abstract:Abstract: OBJECTIVE To analyze the status of vaccination with non-expanded program on immunization (EPI) vaccines in
Luohu District of Shenzhen from 2015 to 2023. METHODS The data of vaccination were collected through Shenzhen Immunization
information system and the descriptive epidemiological analysis was carried out. RESULTS A total of 390.59 ten-thousand doses of
non-EPI vaccines were administered during 2015 to 2023 in Luohu District of Shenzhen, and the total number of doses increased
from 17.03 ten-thousand in 2015 to 69.41 ten-thousand in 2023, with Cuizhu Street having the largest number of vaccines. The
proportion of non-EPI vaccines in all vaccines increased from 36.40% to 79.77% , and the replacement rate of non-EPI vaccines
instead of EPI vaccines increased yearly, from 19.42% in 2015 up to 41.14% in 2023, and the replacement rate of Guiyuan Street
and Liantang Street was higher. CONCLUSION The vaccination of non-EPI vaccines showed an increasing trend in Luohu District of
Shenzhen. The use of non-EPI vaccines could be further increased by enriching vaccine types, ensuring vaccine supply,
strengthening education, and increasing payment methods.
