中文摘要: 摘 要:目的:评价重庆市含百日咳成分疫苗同时接种的现状及安全性。方法:通过重庆市免疫规划信息管理系统和国 家疑似预防接种不良反应监测系统收集重庆市2023年9月—2024年8月期间出生的儿童含百日咳成分疫苗接种情况和疑似 预防接种异常反应(AEFI) 发生情况,描述同时接种现状及AEFI发生率。结果:含百日咳成分疫苗共接种374676剂次, 其中212159剂次(56.62%)为与其他疫苗同时接种。同时接种组报告AEFI212 例,报告发生率为99.93/10万剂次,其中一 般反应208例(98.04/10万剂次),异常反应1例(0.47/10万剂次);单独接种组报告AEFI341 例,报告发生率为209.82/10 万剂次,其中一般反应336例(206.75/10万剂次),异常反应1例(0.62/10万剂次)。结论:含百日咳成分疫苗单独或同时 接种均具有良好的安全性,不仅为在常规免疫程序中推广同时接种提供了实证依据,也为未来制定和推广更科学、高效的非 免疫规划疫苗同时接种方案奠定了重要基础。

Abstract:Abstract: OBJECTIVE To evaluate the current status and safety of concurrent administration of pertussis-containing vaccines in Congqing.METHODS Vaccination records and adverse events following immunization(AEFI)data for pertussis-containing vaccines among children in the Chongqing born between September in 2023 and Auqust in 2024 were collectedfrom the Chongqing Immunization Program Information Management System and the National AEFI Surveillance System.The current status of concurrent administration and AEFI incidence rates were described.RESULTS A total of 374,676 doses of pertusis-containing vaccines were administered,of which 212,159 doses(56.62%)were given concurrently with other vaccines.The concurrent vaccination group reported 212 AEFI cases,with a reported incidence rate of 99.93/100,000 doses administered.Among these,208 cases(98.04/100,000 doses)were general reactions,and 1 case(0.47/100,000 doses)was an abnormal reaction reported.The single-vaccination group reported 341 AEFI cases,with an incidence rate of 209.82/100,000 doses administered.Among these,336 cases(206.75/100,000 doses)were general reactions,and 1 case(0.62/100,000 doses)was an abnormal reaction following single administration of DTaP-IPV/Hib. CONCLUSION Both monovalent and combined administration of pertussis-containing vaccines demonstrate excellent safety profiles. It not only provides evidence-based support for promoting combined vaccination within routine immunization programs but also lays a crucial foundation for developing and implementing more scientifically sound and efficient non-routine combined vaccination strategies in the future.
