中文摘要: 摘 要：目的：分析杭州市某城区健康促进学校初中生使用卷烟和电子烟的意向及其影响因素，为青少年吸烟预防工作
提供理论依据。方法：2021年9月采用多阶段分层抽样，从杭州市某城区健康促进学校中选取1677名初中生，使用全球青
少年烟草调查（中国）问卷收集学生基本情况、卷烟和电子烟的使用意向、二手烟暴露等信息，并采用多因素逻辑回归模
型，对学生烟草使用意向的影响因素进行分析。结果：在调查的 1677名初中生中，1476人从未尝试过吸卷烟或电子
烟。1476人中，128人（8.67%）有烟草使用意向，其中54人（3.66%）有卷烟使用意向，101人（6.84%）有电子烟使用意
向。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示，性别、是否有烟草广告暴露、朋友是否吸烟、课堂是否接受过烟草危害知识教育等是
未来1年杭州市某城区在校初中生产生烟草使用意向的影响因素。结论：杭州市某城区初中生烟草使用意向整体较低，但电
子烟意向高于卷烟。同伴、学校和家庭教育作用极其重要，为有效降低中学生未来烟草使用意愿，应加强烟草危害宣传教
育，营造社会整体无烟环境。
Abstract:Abstract：OBJECTIVEToanalyzetheintentionofmiddleschoolstudentsinahealthpromotionschoolinacertainurbanarea
ofHangzhoutousecigarettesandE-cigarettesanditsinfluencingfactors，soastoprovideatheoreticalbasisforthepreventionof
adolescentsmoking.METHODSThroughmulti-stagestratifiedsampling，1677studentswereselectedfrom thehealthpromotion
schoolsinamainurbanareaofHangzhouinSeptember2021.TheGlobalYouthTobaccoSurvey（China） questionnairewasused
tocollectinformationsuchasthebasicsituationofstudents， theintentiontouseeithercigarettesore-cigarettes， and
second-handsmokeexposure.Amulti-factorlogisticregressionmodelwasusedtoanalyzetheinfluencingfactorsoftobaccouse
intention.RESULTSAmong1476studentswhohadnevertriedsmokingcigarettesorE-cigarettes，128（8.67%） hadtheintention
tosmoke，ofwhich54（3.66%） hadtheintentiontousecigarettes，and101（6.84%） hadtheintentiontouseE-cigarettes.The
resultsofmulti-factorlogisticregressionanalysisshowedthatmalegender， exposuretotobaccoadvertisements， friendsnot
smoking，andreceivingeducationontheharmoftobaccoinclassweretheinfluencingfactorsforthesmokingintentionofjunior
highschoolstudentsinacertainurbanareaofHangzhouinthecomingyear.CONCLUSIONTheoverallintentionofmiddleschool
studentsinacertainurbanareaofHangzhoutousetobaccoisrelativelylow，buttheintentiontouseE-cigarettesishigherthan
thatofcigarettes.Therolesofpeer，schoolandfamilyeducationareextremelyimportant.Inordertoeffectivelyreducethefuture
tobaccouseintentionofmiddleschoolstudents，itisnecessarytostrengthenthepublicityandeducationontheharmoftobacco
andcreateasmoke-freesocialenvironment.
