监测情况,为预防 AEFI 的发生提供依据。方法:分别从中国疾病预防控制信息系统 AEFI 监测相关模块和甘肃省疾病预防控
制综合管理平台免疫规划模块,收集 2019—2023 年城关区报告的 AEFI 个案数据、疫苗接种剂次数,对 AEFI 的报告发生
率、发生 AEFI 的疫苗种类等特征进行分析。结果:2019—2023 年城关区共报告 AEFI 病例 2 107 例,累计报告发生率为 76.55/
10 万。其中,一般反应占 98.72%,异常反应占 0.33%,偶合症占 0.90%,心因性反应占 0.05%,报告发生率分别为 75.57/10 万、
0.25/10 万、0.69/10 万、0.03/10 万,无接种事故和疫苗质量事故报告。结论:2019—2023 年城关区 AEFI 主要以一般反应为
主,异常反应中以过敏为主,严重异常反应极为罕见。此外,2023 年的 AEFI 监测敏感性较 2021 年和 2022 年显著提高,这表
明监测系统效能在不断提升。
Abstract:Abstract: OBJECTIVE To analyze the monitoring status of suspected adverse event following immunization (AEFI) in Cheng⁃
guan District of Lanzhou from 2019 to 2023,in order to understand the characteristics,reported incidence rate,types of adverse
reactions,and sensitivity of AEFI monitoring in Chengguan District. METHODS The AEFI monitoring related modules of the China
Disease Prevention and Control Information System and the Immunization Planning module of the Gansu Provincial Comprehensive
Management Platform for Disease Prevention and Control were used to collect data on AEFI reported cases from 2019 to 2023,as
well as the number of vaccine doses administered. The incidence of adverse reaction reports, types of adverse reaction vaccines,
and other characteristics were analyzed using Excel. From 2019 to 2023,a total of 2 107 AEFI cases were reported in Chengguan
District of Lanzhou,with a cumulative reported incidence rate of 76.55/10 5 doses; General reactions accounted for 98.72%,abnor⁃
mal reactions accounted for 0.33%,coupling diseases accounted for 0.90%,and psychogenic reactions accounted for 0.05%. The
reported incidence rates were 75.57/10 5 , 0.25/10 5 , 0.69/10 5 , and 0.03/10 5 , respectively. There were no vaccination accidents or
vaccine quality accidents reported. CONCLUSION From 2019 to 2023,the adverse reactions of AEFI in Chengguan District were
mainly general reactions,while allergic reactions were the main abnormal reactions,and severe abnormal reactions were extremely
rare. In addition,the sensitivity of abnormal reaction monitoring in 2023 has significantly improved compared to 2021 and 2022,
indicating that the effectiveness of the monitoring system is constantly improving.
