2015—2024年黄山市学校突发公共卫生事件 流行特征分析

中文摘要: 摘 要:目的:分析2015—2024年黄山市学校突发公共卫生事件的流行规律与分布特征,为科学、精准地制定学校传 染病防控策略提供数据支撑。方法:基于2015—2024年黄山市学校突发公共卫生事件监测报告数据,采用描述性流行病学 方法进行分析。结果:2015—2024年黄山市累计报告学校突发公共卫生事件100起,均为传染病相关聚集性疫情,主要流行 病种为水痘、手足口病及流行性感冒;发病时间集中在每年的11—12月;发生场所以小学为主(40.00%),罹患率为4.89%。 乡镇学校罹患率高于城区学校,差异有统计学意义( x²=353.70,P<0.05) 。100 起事件的干预处置时间与持续时间呈正相 关 ( r=0.754,P<0.05) 。 结论:2015—2024年黄山市学校突发公共卫生事件主要由呼吸道传染病引发,冬春季高发,农村 地区防控形势更为严峻。应加强小学,尤其是乡镇小学的卫生管理、健康教育与早期预警响应能力,以降低疫情传播风险。
Abstract:Abstract: OBJECTIVE To analyze the epidemiological patterns and distribution characteristics of public health emergencies in schools in Huangshan from 2015 to 2024,and to provide data support for the scientific and precise formulation of infectious disease prevention and control strategies in schools. METHODS Based on the surveillance report data of public health emergencies in schools in Huangshan from 2015 to 2024,descriptive epidemiological methods were used for analysis.RESULTS A total of 100 public health emergencies in schools were reported in Huangshan from 2015 to 2024,all of which were infectious diseaserelated cluster outbreaks. The main epidemic pathogens were varicella,hand foot and mouth disease,and influenza.The onset of outbreaks was predominantly concentrated in November and December each year.Primary schools were the most common settings(40.00%),with an attack rate of 4.89%.The attack rate in township schools was significantly higher than that in urban schools(x²=353.70,P<0.05).The intervention response time was positively corelated with the duration of the emergencies(r=0.754,P<0.05).CONCLUSION From 2015 to 2024,public health emergencies in schools in Huangshan were predominantly caused by respiratory infectious diseases,with a high incidence in winter and spring,and a more severe prevention and control situation in rural areas.Health management,health education,and early warning response capabilities should be strengthened,particularly in primary schools,especially those in township areas,to reduce the risk of disease transmission.
