针对性的改进建议。方法:对2019—2024年扬州市江都区疾病预防控制中心接到的预防接种相关投诉情况进行分析。结果: 2019—2024年江都区累计收到预防接种投诉件362件,各年分别为6件、17件、144件、91件、81件、23件。按月份统计, 3月、6月、12月较多;按预防接种相关投诉涉及乡镇划分,投诉件数量较多的是仙女社区卫生服务中心(100件)、大桥中 心卫生院(37件)、邵伯中心卫生院(24件),其他预防接种门诊投诉件数量均在3~16件之间;按涉及疫苗种类划分,投诉 件数量较多的是新冠病毒疫苗和人乳头瘤病毒疫苗;按投诉内容划分,投诉件数量最多的是接种服务诉求;诉求类别以投诉 为主;投诉件数量与疫苗接种量呈正相关。结论:需加强预防接种服务的相关宣传公示,提升接种人员沟通技巧,建立有效 应对机制,提高预防接种服务质量。
Abstract:Abstract: OBJECTIVE To analyze vaccination-related complaints in Jiangdu District of Yangzhou,to understand residents'service needs and propose targeted improvement suggestions.METHODS It analyzed vaccination-related complaints received by the Jiangdu District Center for Disease Control and Prevention from 2019 to 2024.RESULTS From 2019 to 2024,Jiangdu District recorded a total of 362 vaccination-related complaints,with annual figures of 6,17,144,91,81,and 23 cases respectively.Monthly statistics showed March, June,and December as peak months.By township,Xiannü Community Health Service Center had the highest number of complaints (100 cases),followed by Daqiao Central Health Center (37 cases)and Shaobo Central Health Center(24 cases).Other vaccination clinics reported between 3 to 16 complaints each.The most complained-about vaccines were COVID-19 and HPV vaccines.The majority of complaints involved service-related issues,with the highest volume of complaints directly addressing vaccination services.Notably,the number of complaints showed a positive correlation with vaccination rates.CONCLUSION Enhanced publicity and transparency regarding vaccination services are needed,along with improved communication skills and effective response mechanisms to elevate service quality.
